Clinical Support Specialist

Join CONMED as a Clinical Support Specialist, providing hands-on clinical and technical support to customers across Western Australia.

Please note: This is a field-based role, not a work-from-home position. You'll work directly with surgeons, nurses and healthcare professionals in hospitals and operating theatres across Perth, supporting surgical procedures and helping ensure CONMED technologies are available and performing effectively when needed.

Responsibilities include surgical case support, product training, inventory management, technical troubleshooting, and building strong relationships with clinical teams. You'll also work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and identify opportunities to support customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support surgical cases within operating theatres

• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons and healthcare professionals

• Coordinate and manage equipment, loan stock, consumables and consignment inventory

• Deliver product training and education sessions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify and communicate customer opportunities to the sales team

• Maintain accurate activity records and support reporting requirements

• Collaborate with sales, customer service and operations teams to deliver outstanding customer support

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare and technology and enjoys working directly with customers in clinical environments.

You will bring:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence working in clinical, hospital or operating theatre environments

• A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

• A willingness to learn and develop specialist product knowledge

• A background in nursing, theatre technician, allied health, exercise physiology, sports science, biomedical or health sciences, medical devices, or healthcare support roles

Medical device experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.
