Clinical Support Specialist - Spine

Based in Melbourne, and part of a collaborative Team, as a clinical specialist you’ll be responsible for providing clinical support for surgical procedures and building strong relationships with our surgeons and nursing staff. In this role you will be well supported with an established and professional onboarding program and ultimately have ample opportunities to grow your career. You'll be responsible for:

Providing clinical support for surgical procedures in theatreBuilding relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case supportEnsuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customers' requirements.

And to be successful you’ll need:

Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or have a background in nursing,Preferably scout/scrub nurses who have had exposure to spine and/or orthopaedic cases, radiography, physiotherapy, nuclear medicine or radiation therapy.A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal.Direct experience working in an operating theatre environmentResilience and versatility: you can work autonomously or in a team and are passionate about providing first class customer service.Current driver’s license (essential) and be flexible to travel in VIC.
