Fishbone Restaurant Wait Staff

Fishbone Wines is one of the Margaret River region’s favourite destinations, offering a unique cellar door experience alongside Japanese-inspired casual restaurant dining.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Wait Staff to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in a fast paced hospitality environment, love interacting with guests and take pride in providing friendly and attentive service.

We aim to create a positive experience for every guest who visits our venue.

What we are looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience or wait staff experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work well as part of a busy team

• Professional presentation and reliability

• Availability to work weekends

• Current RSA certificate

• 4–5 days per week (including weekends)

Due to our location, applicants must have their own reliable transport.

We strongly prefer candidates who are already living in the local area (Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton or surrounding suburbs) and are available to commit for at least 6–12 months.
