About the role

TLM Cleaning Services is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Professionals to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for flexible work in the cleaning services industry. Based in Morayfield, QLD 4506, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a variety residential properties. As a Cleaning Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and a pristine environment, contributing directly to their satisfaction and the reputation of TLM Cleaning Services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces across assigned properties

• Empty and replace waste bins, ensuring proper disposal and recycling protocols are followed

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens and other specialised areas to the highest hygiene standards

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, mops

• Use appropriate cleaning products and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines

• Report any maintenance issues, damage or safety concerns to management promptly

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times whilst representing TLM Cleaning Services

• Work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes

• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in cleaning services, commercial cleaning or similar role is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage a flexible casual work schedule

• Good communication skills and a professional, courteous manner

• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment

• Understanding of health and safety requirements and environmental best practices

• A valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one, if required for the role

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between multiple locations is preferred
