About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Consumer Sales Officer to join our Consumer Sales team. Reporting to the Membership & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving Membership sales, engaging with our supporter base, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a passionate and motivated individual with a strong focus on sales, retention, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

·        Drive Membership sales through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

·        Convert leads into new members while retaining existing members.

·        Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.

·        Assist in delivering telemarketing campaigns focused on Membership retention and acquisition.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with Bulldogs Members and supporters.

·        Provide accurate and timely information about Membership products and benefits.

Customer Service

·        Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall fan experience.

·        Resolve Member issues and escalate priority concerns when necessary.

·        Follow up with Members to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

Administrative & Operational Support

·        Accurately process new Memberships and renewals through the club’s CRM system.

·        Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.

·        Assist with data entry, reporting, and account management.

·        Provide support at match days and club events, including community activations and game-day activations.

Key Outcomes

·        Achieve Membership sales and retention targets.

·        Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

·        Contribute to the overall growth of the Bulldogs’ Membership base.

·        Assist in executing strategic plans for maximising sales opportunities.

·        Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales and customer interactions.

About You

We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·        Previous sales/call centre experience

·        A strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.

·        A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

·        Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

·        Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Memberlink, or similar) preferred but not essential.

·        Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and match days.
