Excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality submissions for major construction projects.
A market leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, they are now seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator / Submissions Coordinator to join their professional team. Out client is a major builder and an employer of choice.
Offering a range of services to their high-end clients, the company specialises in fit-out, new build and heavy refurb of Health, Education, Hotels, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sector projects. Incorporating a wide range of skillsets, their refurbishment work can have a large element of structural trades, heavy demolition, facades, steel and concrete (adding or removing levels etc).
Working alongside experienced bid and project professionals, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination, preparation and production of high-quality Expressions of Interest (EOIs), capability statements and tender submissions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication and document design skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
You will play a key role in developing compelling submissions that align with company branding and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement across the bid function. Ideally you will have some experience with InDesign.
Ideally looking for a permanent person but will consider candidate on 6-month contract.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinate the end-to-end production of EOIs, capability statements and tender submissionsManage tender programmes and submission deadlines to ensure all deliverables are completed on timeSource, coordinate and develop submission content from bid and project teamsDraft and edit written responses to ensure submissions are clear, compelling and aligned with client requirementsCoordinate technical information, management plans and supporting documentation for tender submissionsPrepare professional presentations and submission documents using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft OfficeEnsure all documentation complies with company branding, document control procedures and quality standardsCoordinate document reviews, approvals and version control throughout the submission processSupport bid teams in preparing client presentations, workshops and associated visual material including graphics, photographs and videosContribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and submission standards through research and best practice initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Office Coordinator or similar roleExperience within the construction, property or related industry would be highly regardedStrong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skillsExcellent written, editing and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProfessional presentation and stakeholder communication skillsA proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
