Contracts Administrator

Main Duties:

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Project forecasting and job costing
• Update and maintain the construction programme
• Collate and maintain Safe Work Method Statements
• Attend project meetings
• Assist in the preparation and submission of claims
• Subcontractor management
• Document control
• Assist Site Management onsite, participating in safety walks and inspections etc
• Work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
• General office duties

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• Minimum of 1 year/s experience working as a Contracts Administrator
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Construction Industry
• Competent with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Recent experience in the delivery of Civil Construction projects
• Current working rights

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
