Accounts Administrator

About the role

An established and growing commercial manufacturing business in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join and support its existing administration and accounts team. This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who is organised, accurate, highly computer literate and comfortable working within established accounting and administration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the existing administration and accounts team

• Perform accounts administration and accounts payable duties

About you

• Previous accounts administration or accounts payable experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365

• Proficiency in Xero accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy

• Strong organisational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to manage priorities and work independently

• A professional, reliable and team-focused approach
