Digital Marketing Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join MIPS in Melbourne.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our current and prospective members. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll ensure our marketing technology ecosystem operates seamlessly, enabling impactful campaigns, meaningful member engagement and data-driven decision making.

You’ll be the custodian of the MIPS website and online presence, managing user experience, analytics and SEO while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality digital journey. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your passion for creating exceptional member experiences in a purpose-led organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administering and optimising our marketing technology platforms, ensuring they remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Building and deploying digital campaigns, customer journeys, landing pages and automated member communications.
• Managing the MIPS website, including content updates, user experience enhancements, SEO and performance analytics.
• Developing insights and dashboards that inform decisions and continuously improve engagement, acquisition and conversion.
• Partnering across the business and with external vendors to deliver a seamless digital experience for our members.

About You

• You have experience managing marketing automation, CRM, CMS and analytics platforms within a customer or member-focused environment.
• You are confident using HTML and CSS and have a strong understanding of website management, SEO and digital analytics.
• You enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and turning data into actionable insights.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change and are motivated by meaningful work that makes a difference.
• You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
