Marketing Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Operations Manager to join MIPS in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to manage the systems, processes and insights that power member engagement at MIPS. You will drive the execution of our marketing operations function, ensuring our technology, data and campaigns work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional experiences for our members. 

You’ll oversee our marketing technology ecosystem, digital channels and key member experience projects while leading a talented team and partnering closely with colleagues across Technology, Risk and Compliance. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are passionate about using data and technology to create meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the optimisation of marketing operations, including lead management, segmentation, campaign tracking and database health. 
• Managing the MIPS MarTech stack, website and member portal to drive digital growth and operational excellence. 
• Developing and executing marketing automation, digital advertising and member engagement initiatives. 
• Delivering insightful reporting, dashboards and ROI analysis to inform decision-making and support strategic objectives. 
• Managing marketing projects, budgets, vendors and a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and member focus. 
  

About You

• You have proven experience leading marketing operations or digital marketing teams within a customer- or member-focused organisation. 
• You bring deep expertise in marketing technology, automation, digital channels and analytics. 
• You are an accomplished people leader who enjoys coaching others and building capability. 
• You are highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders. 
• You hold tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline.
