About the role:

CSR are seeking an experienced and hands-on PM Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift operations at Wetherill Park.

This role is ideal for a supervisor who thrives on leading people through change, building accountability, improving processes and creating a strong team culture. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused warehouse operations while working closely with Production, Inventory, Customer Service and Transport teams.

Your role will include:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Drive accountability by setting clear performance expectations and addressing issues proactively.
• Support change initiatives and help build team engagement through effective communication.
• Foster strong collaboration with supervisors across all shifts to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity and service performance.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and despatch activities to meet customer requirements.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, payroll administration and labour hire requirements.
• Champion safety, WHSE compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, housekeeping activities and ongoing safety initiatives.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation, cycle counts and reporting.

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution supervisory role.
• SAP experience and confidence working with warehouse systems and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and despatch processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational change.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Sound knowledge of WHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach and commitment to safety, service and continuous improvement.
