About the role

We have an opportunity for 4 x GIPA Case Officer to be part of our InfoLink GIPA Team, Office of the General Counsel. The coordinates the implementation of information access legislation within the NSWPF, including the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. The role assesses applications, collaborates with key stakeholders and makes decisions regarding the release of information in accordance with legislation and associated policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a high-volume transactional environment and manage complex enquiries in a professional and customer focused manner. Target Question 2:

This role has the autonomy to make decisions or recommendations regarding the release of NSWPF information in accordance with legislation and organisational instruments of delegation. Provide an example of when you were required to review, interpret and apply legislation to achieve an outcome. Describe the process you followed to make your decision and the outcomes achieved.
