Project Officer Public Information

We currently have one (1) fixed term full-time position available for immediate filling.

About the Role

This role provides administrative and project support to deliver public information initiatives that help keep communities informed and safe during emergencies. It involves coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, maintaining records, and supporting project activities.

The position also contributes to improving systems and processes, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring projects and business objectives are delivered successfully.
