About You

You're a hospitality leader who believes exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional teams.

You care deeply about developing people, creating memorable experiences and leading with purpose. You're commercially minded, calm under pressure and thrive in premium dining environments where attention to detail matters.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader in premium restaurants or high-volume dining venues.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating experiences guests want to return for.
• Strong commercial acumen, including labour, cost control and operational performance.
• The confidence to lead service, coach your team and make decisions in real time.
• A proven ability to develop people, build culture and create high-performing teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A collaborative, curious leadership style and a desire to keep learning.
• Current RSA certification.
