Due to an exciting opportunity, we're seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and continue elevating the Marrow & Co. guest experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of Marrow & Co., ensuring exceptional service standards, team performance, operational excellence and financial results.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the floor, inspire your team, build strong guest relationships and ensure every dining experience reflects the premium Marrow & Co. brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.

• Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality excellence.

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including service, rostering and labour management.

• Ensure premium presentation and service standards are consistently delivered.

• Actively engage with guests to enhance the overall dining experience and build loyalty.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service.

• Manage team performance, training and development initiatives.

• Monitor financial performance, labour costs and operational efficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, Club policies and operational procedures.

• Resolve guest feedback and service challenges professionally and effectively.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

About You

You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a premium dining environment and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You lead by example, build strong teams and create a positive culture where service excellence is the standard.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or hospitality leadership role.

• Experience within premium dining, steakhouse, upscale casual or high-quality restaurant environments.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound commercial acumen, including labour management and operational cost control.

• A strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

• Current RSA competency card.

• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
