Wildflowers Early Learning Seville Grove is seeking a passionate and capable Nursery Room Leader to lead a nurturing team and create a calm, responsive environment where every child feels safe, seen and valued.

About the role

As Nursery Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and support the nursery team in delivering high-quality education and care.

• Build secure, responsive relationships with babies and genuine partnerships with families.

• Guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.

• Maintain active supervision, regulatory compliance and a safe, engaging environment.

• Support the leadership team as a Responsible Person when required.

• Contribute positively to the culture and daily operations of the centre.

About you

You will have:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience leading a nursery or babies’ room.

• The knowledge, experience and confidence required to act as a Responsible Person.

• A strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and child-safe practices.

• Current Working with Children Check and required first aid qualifications.

• Warm, respectful and professional communication skills.

• The ability to inspire, guide and support a team.

As this position forms part of our centre leadership coverage, applicants must be available to work rotating shifts across all operating hours, between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants with restricted availability cannot be considered for this role.
