Finishing Foreman – Residential Apartments

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our construction team working on residential apartment projects in ST ALBANS.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating and supervising the final stages of construction, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and ready for handover

The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Supervising finishing trades and subcontractors

2. Coordinating internal and external works

3. Checking the quality of completed works

4. Identifying and managing defects

5. Making sure trades stay on schedule

6. Reading plans and following specifications

7. Coordinating apartment and common area finishes

8. Working with the Site Manager to complete the project on time

9. Ensuring the site is clean, safe and organised

About You

1. Experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in residential construction

2. Apartment construction experience preferred

3. Good understanding of finishing works

4. Reliable and organised

5. Good communication skills

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Able to manage trades and subcontractors

8. Takes pride in quality workmanship
