Branch Manager

As part of Bapcor's Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), Diesel Drive combines the strength of a market-leading organisation with the specialised expertise and customer focus of a dedicated commercial vehicle business.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our branch, strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing people and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving business development and sales growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance management.
• Oversee branch operations, including engine assembly outcomes, customer service and financial administration.
• Identify business growth opportunities through market insight, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with Bapcor safety standards, company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage complex customer enquiries.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous leadership experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar role.
• A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience driving business development, sales growth and customer retention.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Experience within the diesel engine, commercial vehicle, transport, automotive aftermarket or related industries will be highly regarded.
