BRANCH MANAGER - ENGINE SPARE PARTS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to join our small team in Melbourne Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team to drive sales growth and exceptional customer service across the branch.

Address: Unit 1, 1730 Hume Highway, Campbellfield VIC.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget planning.

2. Driving sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and training.

3. Fostering strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

4. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

5. Reporting on key performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve branch efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Extensive experience in a sales or retail management role, within the diesel engine spare parts industry.

2. Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team.

3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Experience in selling diesel spare parts.

6. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales and business management.

9. Must have permanent right to work in Australia.

10. Current Australian driver's licence required.
