Pressure Welder

RHB Precision Welding is a fabrication business servicing multiple clients across oil and gas, energy, and marine industries. RHB Precision Welding is three separate departments being welding fabrication and pipe spooling, machine shop and mechanical equipment repair, and industrial coating and abrasive blasting services. These three departments each have supervision and shop floor foreman controlling the workflow and production along with a dedicated quality control and human resource department through to administration and senior management. We pride ourselves on our exceptional quality and ability to meet our clients’ needs and timelines.

We are seeking full time experienced team members for the position of Pressure Pipe Welder to join our Spooling team at our Wurruk facility.

Role

• Read & understand technical drawings
• Welding to Rotafab qualified & approved procedures (including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and copper nickel as required)
• Ensure completion of required weld & material traceability information
• Contribute to the safety of employees & property, and reduce any environmental impacts.

ONLY APPLICANTS THAT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS PRESSURE PIPE WELDING EXPERIENCE SHALL BE CONSIDERED.

Responsibilities

• Completing welds to Rotafab qualified & approved procedures
• Completion of traceability information
• Use of hand tools and mobile lifting aids
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Boilermaker/Welder Trade Qualification
• Driver’s license
• +5 years of pressure pipe welding experience with TIG,STICK,STT/FLUX
• Experience working with all various piping materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, copper nickel )
• Oil & gas industry- Desired

Salary offered is $75k to $85k

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
