Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in management accounting or a similar role.Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear recommendations.Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is advantageous.High competency with accounting software and Microsoft excel, along with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Launceston, TAS, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
