Bertoli’s Agricultural and Industrial is a leading multi-franchised dealership providing quality agricultural, turf and industrial equipment, including brands such as Kubota, Krone, Massey Ferguson and Fendt, and other complementary brands and products, along with excellent parts and service support for over 50 years, with branches in Shepparton, Benalla and Albury.

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Shepparton Branch on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, to be successful in this role you must be able to deliver a high level of customer service to both existing and new customers to increase sales of agricultural and industrial machinery, whilst raising the profile of the dealership including its aftersales parts and service support.

Based in the Goulburn Valley region of Victoria, the agricultural hub for Australia's famous "food bowl", Bertoli's Shepparton supports a diverse range of farming industries from vast orchards and horticultural operations producing a variety of fruit and vegetables, major dairy and livestock operations, to smaller lifestyle farms. This, combined with a strong earthmoving and construction industry, and other key businesses and organisations, provides you with a vast customer base and significant sales opportunity potential utilising Bertoli's extensive product portfolio.

About the location

Shepparton is a thriving regional city in the heart of Victoria with the Greater Shepparton area encompassing several towns with their own unique characteristics and charm with diverse food and dining options. Located only two hours north of Melbourne, and under an hour south of the iconic Murray River, Shepparton is well placed for those weekend getaways such as a visit to the famous King Valley wine region. Greater Shepparton boasts a diversity of cultural, outdoor and sporting events and activities on a regular basis and so much more!

About you

Qualifications & experience

• Broad knowledge of, and experience with, agricultural machinery.

• Experience with industrial/construction equipment would be advantageous.

• Strong understanding of the agricultural machinery sector.

• Prior sales experience in an agricultural and/or industrial machinery dealership.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Dealership Management Systems (ideally Eclipse DMS).

• Driver’s License is essential.

• Forklift License is preferred.
