The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Finance and Payroll Officer to support accounting and payroll processes. The successful candidate will gain exposure and provide support across a range of business operations. Join us in shaping the future of energy!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and accurate data entry.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly KPI and finance reporting.
• Deliver end-to-end payroll for Australian employees using payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, and employee entitlements in compliance with relevant legislation
• Coordinate office facilities management, including maintain mailbox, liaising with cleaning, maintenance, and furniture suppliers as required.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience using Xero or similar financial management or payroll software.
• A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to communicate clearly to report errors and collaborate with cross functional teams.
