An exceptional opportunity has become available for an ambitious and motivated Co-Agent to work alongside a highly successful Director ranked within the top 5% of the LJ Hooker network.

This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a successful long-term career under the guidance of an elite industry performer.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Director, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth and management of a high-performing sales business. You will gain first-hand exposure to prospecting, listing presentations, buyer management, negotiations and the complete sales process.

This is more than a support position—it is an opportunity to develop your skills, grow your profile and establish yourself as a successful sales agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities

• Conducting follow-up calls with prospective vendors and buyers

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Assisting with listing presentations and property appraisals

• Managing buyer enquiries and providing regular feedback

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Supporting auction and sales campaigns

• Maintaining accurate client information within the CRM

• Assisting with database management and marketing activities

• Providing exceptional service throughout the sales process

• Supporting the Director with the continued growth of the business

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Demonstrates initiative, accountability and a strong work ethic

• Is confident speaking with prospective vendors and buyers

• Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service

• Enjoys working as part of a high-performance team

• Mandatory – Must hold the required NSW real estate qualifications

• Mandatory – Holds a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

Minimum three years (x3) previous real estate experience will be highly regarded. Attitude, commitment and the desire to succeed are equally important.
