Housekeeping Supervisor - Crowne Plaza Geelong

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys developing and supporting team members.

A little taste of your day to day

• As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily housekeeping operations.
  

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in administering processes and training programs, and in coordinating daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and task delegation.
  

• Meet daily productivity standards and monitor Housekeeping team's productivity and efficiency.
  

• Supervise, coach and support housekeeping team members to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation standards and in delivering exceptional service
  

• Step in and work alongside the team with a willingness and ability to be hands-on.
  

• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure consistency and quality of IHG Way of Clean standards.
  

• Respond quickly to guest requests and ensure service is delivered with warmth and professionalism.
  

• Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and any issues are resolved promptly.
  

• Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities; assist with ordering as needed.
  

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  

• Use digital tools such as Hub OS to track room status and housekeeping tasks.
  

• Assist in onboarding and training new Housekeeping colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  

• Uphold Crowne Plaza's "Dare to Connect" service philosophy at every interaction.
  

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment.
  

• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  

• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Confidence using housekeeping systems and digital tools to manage workflows.
  

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shifts as required.
  

• Current valid Australian working rights.
