Retail Sales Assistant

SUAVE FURNITURE, Is a family owned and operated company, Suave Furniture has 7 locations across Melbourne and plans to expand locations in 2026. We pride our self’s in friendly work environment & a reward commission structure.

We are after a motivated sales person with a team players personality to deliver strong sales on a full time basis or Part time.

  About You:

• Have experience working with KPIs and sales targets  

• Have a proven sales track record in a retail sales environment

• Are passionate about customer service and always lead by example

• Enjoy working in a competitive sales environment and closing sales  

• Flexible rostering 

About the role:

• Selling furniture room solutions to satisfy customers home furnishing needs

• Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maximize sales through excellent selling skills and product knowledge

• Ensure the Showroom is maintained according to the Suave Furniture standards

 For the right person could be a fully time role.
