Senior Transactional Banking Manager - Bid Management

As a Senior Transactional Banking Manager – Bids, you will be part of the Transactional Banking Solutions team in Specialised Banking, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the strategic bid management capability across Customer Engagement & Delivery, ensuring NAB consistently delivers high-quality, customer-centric and commercially compelling responses for strategic opportunities.
• Provide leadership across complex and high-value opportunities by driving bid strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain bid management standards, content governance, reporting and capability development to enhance win rates, customer retention and operational efficiency.
• Be a trusted adviser to executives, specialists and deal teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into differentiated value propositions that align to NAB's strategic objectives and risk framework.
• Develop a scalable bid capability that leverages technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve submission quality, stakeholder experience and commercial outcomes.
• Manage content governance and bid management tools and deliver bid performance reporting.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Bid Management role coupled with Transactional Banking experience within a large-scale complex financial services organisation.
• Extensive experience managing complex strategic bids and tenders.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi stakeholder opportunities with a proven track record in improving bid capability, win rates and customer outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience developing bid libraries, governance frameworks and content repositories.
• Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced bid and proposal management expertise.
• Transactional Banking knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build collaborative partnerships.
