We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our busy and well-established pizzeria. If you have a passion for authentic pizza making and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and gourmet pizzas.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using wood-fired or commercial pizza ovens.
• Prepare dough and ensure consistency in quality and flavour.
• Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods and support the kitchen team.

About You

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy pizzeria or Italian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player.
• Relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
