The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team at our Scoresby Trade Store.

Providing an excellent customer service experience; your friendly communication manner, customer first attitude and familiarity with inventory management will be key to your success in this role.

Our ideal fit is someone interested in furthering their career within retail, who takes pride in working to a high standard and enjoys building customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver a warm face-to-face customer service experienceAssist customers with product selection through offering product knowledgeIdentify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products that give the best retail experience possibleMaintain a clean, organised, and well-presented shopfloor environmentAssist with merchandising and inventory controlSafely handle and move stock in accordance with workplace safety guidelines

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience in retail, trade, customer service, or a similar customer-facing environmentEager to learn with a growth mindsetStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approachA strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer experiences
