About the role

Join our Independent Pharmacy Sales Team as a Sales Support Coordinator, where you'll provide vital support to Senior Sales leaders while building hands-on account management experience. You'll manage select customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate promotions, product launches and customer initiatives across key pharmacy groups.Develop sales presentations, reports and commercial insights to support business growth.Manage orders, pricing, catalogues and group administration activities.Provide seamless support to National Account Managers and senior sales leaders.Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Desired Skills And Experience

About you

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, with a high level of attention to detail.

Solid communication skills Highly motivated and organisedConfident in making decisionsAdvanced level in Microsoft applications, in particular ExcelExperience in forecasting would be highly regardedJDE systems experience will be an advantageQuick learner and highly adaptable with a 'can do attitude'
