About the role 

Join our Independent Pharmacy Sales Team as a Sales Support Coordinator, where you'll provide vital support to Senior Sales leaders while building hands-on account management experience. You'll manage select customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate promotions, product launches and customer initiatives across key pharmacy groups.
• Develop sales presentations, reports and commercial insights to support business growth.
• Manage orders, pricing, catalogues and group administration activities.
• Provide seamless support to National Account Managers and senior sales leaders.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About you 

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, with a high level of attention to detail. 

• Solid communication skills 
• Highly motivated and organised
• Confident in making decisions
• Advanced level in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel
• Experience in forecasting would be highly regarded
• JDE systems experience will be an advantage
• Quick learner and highly adaptable with a 'can do attitude'
