About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Social Media Specialist owns the day to day content, voice, and presence of Marshall White's social media channels. You will work closely with the Head of Digital and the Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns, and with the design team to bring content to life. This is a hands on role for someone who loves building and running great social content.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Channel Management

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok in line with brand guidelines
• Manage the day to day posting schedule, community engagement, and platform upkeep
• Partner with the design team to produce content tailored to each platform

Campaign Execution

• Execute paid and organic campaigns
• Coordinate content and timelines with internal teams and external partners as needed

Reporting & Insights

• Track and report on channel performance, translating results into simple, actionable recommendations
• Keep an eye on competitor activity, platform trends, and audience behaviour, and flag opportunities to the team

Skills & Experience

Must have

• Proven experience managing branded social media accounts, including content planning and publishing
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for on brand, platform native content
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including what performs on each
• Comfortable working with scheduling and analytics tools and reporting on results
• Experience in real estate, property, or another luxury or premium brand category
• Experience with paid social advertising
• Practical use of AI tools for content creation or scheduling
