Spire Recruitment is partnering with an established, premium property business seeking a strategic and creatively driven Social Media Specialist.

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a brand’s social presence—developing the strategy, creating engaging content and delivering campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement and support wider marketing objectives.

Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, design team, internal stakeholders and external partners, you will be the dedicated social media specialist responsible for taking ideas from concept through to execution.

The role:

• Develop, implement and monitor an end-to-end social media strategy across paid and organic channels.
• Plan, create, curate and publish high-quality, platform-specific content.
• Write compelling copy and provide creative direction for visual content that reflects a premium brand.
• Manage social and digital campaigns from briefing through to delivery, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
• Build and manage content calendars, scheduling and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Track performance, prepare reporting and translate data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activity, consumer behaviour and platform trends to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with designers and marketing colleagues to maintain a consistent, polished brand voice and visual identity.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to support content creation, scheduling, workflow efficiency and performance analysis.

About you:
You are a commercially minded social media professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. You are confident working autonomously, but enjoy partnering with a wider creative and marketing team.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing branded social media accounts, including organic content, paid campaigns and analytics.
• Strong content planning, copywriting and communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating engaging, polished and audience-led social content.
• Experience working with scheduling, monitoring and reporting tools.
• A sound understanding of what performs across major social platforms and how to tailor content for each.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and a results-focused mindset.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and advising on social media best practice.
• Experience within property, real estate, luxury, lifestyle or a premium consumer brand will be highly regarded.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support content and campaign performance will be advantageous.
