Sales Subcontractor - Residential HVAC / Ducted Systems

All Aspects Heating & Cooling is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing residential HVAC business.

We invest heavily in marketing and provide a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries from customers actively looking to upgrade or install heating and cooling systems.

No cold calling. No door knocking. Your focus is meeting customers, recommending the right solution and closing sales.

This is a commission-only role paying 6% of sales revenue, with leads supplied by the business. There is no base salary, but with strong lead volume and uncapped commission there is genuine earning potential of $130,000–$190,000+ OTE for a strong performer.

• Attend residential site appointments across Melbourne's South-East and surrounding areas

• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable ducted, split-system and reverse-cycle solutions

• Prepare and present quotations and clearly explain system options

• Follow up opportunities consistently and close sales

• Maintain an organised sales pipeline

• Hand sold jobs cleanly to the operations and installation teams

• Proven sales ability and confidence dealing with customers face-to-face

• Strong follow-up, organisation and accountability

• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward performance targets

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based role

• Able to learn technical products and explain them simply to homeowners

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

• HVAC experience is highly regarded, but strong candidates from plumbing, electrical, solar, building, home improvement or other technical/trade sales backgrounds will also be considered
