WestOz Trades started eight years ago as one bloke in a van. We're now 20+ people strong, running residential and commercial air conditioning across Perth.

We're looking for a Residential Sales Consultant who knows how to walk into a home, understand what a family actually needs, and close confidently. This isn't a lead-chasing role. Our inbound pipeline is strong. You'll be converting warm leads and quoting on-site across ducted and split systems for Perth homeowners.

What you'll be doing

• Attending on-site consultations with residential clients across Perth metro

• Quoting ducted reverse cycle systems (single and two-storey), split systems and evaporative conversions

• Reading floor plans and designing systems to suit the home

• Following up quotes and closing sales with support from the coordinator

• Working toward monthly revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure

• Using Ascora (job management) and GoHighLevel (CRM) to manage your pipeline

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience — HVAC or trade industry preferred.

• Confidence quoting and presenting to homeowners in their home

• Ability to read floor plans and understand basic system design principles (we'll train the right person)

• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously

• Someone who values doing the right thing by the client, not just hitting a number
