The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department. The role is based in our head office in Campbelltown.

Skills & Experience We’d Love

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with marketing, events, social media or communications.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar design software is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships and community initiatives.

• Update website content, social media and digital marketing materials.

• Assist with business development activities and networking events.

• Manage brochures, promotional merchandise and marketing collateral.

• Coordinate client testimonials, online reviews and content creation.

• Prepare reports, marketing summaries and activity tracking.

• Maintain databases, mailing lists and marketing records.

• Support the Marketing Manager across a wide range of exciting projects.
