WHAT IS THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers to join our team at United Precast Pty Ltd in Ottoway, SA. This is a full-time role where you will be predominantly responsible to rig precast panels on-site for straight and rotation lifts via non slewing and slewing cranes and additional install items including props and pallets periodically.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

· Manage and rig precast concrete panels for lifting (including rotation) from truck frames for install crew onsite.

· Effective clear communication between crane operator, install team and truck drivers.

· Supporting install team with all tasks associated with the installation of precast concrete panels onsite.

· Selection and use of correct lifting equipment.

· Ability to climb ladders/truck frames for rigging of panels /products

· Adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies

· Promoting a safe, positive work environment that aligns with the business WHS objectives and complies with relevant WHS legislation and regulations.

· We are a Zero Tolerance Workplace to drugs and alcohol.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

· Construction Industry Induction (White Card)

· High Risk Work Licence:

• Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

• Dogging (DG)

• Basic Rigging (RB)

• Intermediate Rigging (RI) preferred

· Valid Class C driver's licence

· Reading, interpreting and understand construction plans and drawings

· Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

IF YOU HAVE THE BELOW AS WELL YOU COULD BE OUR SUPER STAR…!!!!!

· Advanced knowledge of precast concrete systems and processes

· Crane licence (CN – CO)

· Vehicle loading crane licence

· MR/HR Licence or above

· Forklift Licence

· Ability to travel intrastate if required.
