About The Role

As the leader of the Workplace Relations function, you will be responsible for providing strategic, practical, and high-level advisory and consultancy services to human resource business partners and decision-makers regarding complex workplace relations matters.

You will also assist in preparing correspondence and briefing materials for decision-makers and contribute to the development of systems, processes, and procedures related to complex workplace relations and management issues.

As part of a small, multidisciplinary, and agile team working in a progressive environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of issues, resulting in you rapidly expanding your workplace relations skills, knowledge and experience.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Extensive experience in HR, workplace relations, employment law and/or industrial relations.An excellent record of achievement in similar senior workplace relations roles.Ability to provide senior level, expert workplace relations advice and consultancy services to Executive, line managers and staff across the range of workplace relations functionsExcellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communications skills.Ability to solve very complex problems, analyse issues from various perspectives and to exercise sound, independent judgement.Candidates must have the ability to develop high quality written communications, briefs and papers to a level appropriate to the role classification.Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively when resolving workplace relations issues.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
