About the role
As the leader of the Workplace Relations function, you will be responsible for providing strategic, practical, and high-level advisory and consultancy services to human resource business partners and decision-makers regarding complex workplace relations matters.
You will also assist in preparing correspondence and briefing materials for decision-makers and contribute to the development of systems, processes, and procedures related to complex workplace relations and management issues.
As part of a small, multidisciplinary, and agile team working in a progressive environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of issues, resulting in you rapidly expanding your workplace relations skills, knowledge and experience.
Collaboration with supportive, driven, and passionate Human Resource practitioners is one of the many great features of this position. Along with complete flexibility to work from home, allowing you to thrive in an environment that suits you. You will have the autonomy to operate within your area of expertise while being accountable for delivering results for West Moreton Health.
