About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our Operations team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Corporate Quality Manager or Corporate Safety Manager, this role will support the Spiecapag Australia Management System by maintaining controlled documents, registers, records and reporting systems across corporate and project environments.

You will play a key role in supporting document control, audit readiness, training coordination, action tracking and continual improvement across quality, safety and environmental management system processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain controlled documents, registers, records and reporting systems across corporate and project environments
• Support project document control activities, including document preparation, submission, tracking, close-out and compliance with company procedures
• Provide administrative and coordination support for the Spiecapag Australia Management System, including SharePoint/intranet document maintenance
• Support internal audits, external certification and client audit preparation, including tracking actions through to closure
• Assist with quality induction training, training coordination and the consistent application of management system processes
• Support non-conformance registers, corrective actions and continual improvement initiatives
• Act as a key contact for document-related queries and work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

About you

• Experience working with ISO 9001 management systems and supporting quality, safety and environmental management processes
• Strong document control, records management and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to support audits, corrective actions, non-conformance tracking and continual improvement initiatives
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or pipeline environments will be highly regarded
• Lead Auditor, trade or technical qualifications will be advantageous
