Microvellum Setter Out / Joinery Detailer

Sabrina Shopfitting is a leading commercial and retail fit-out company based in Dandenong South. For over 20 years, we've partnered with many of Australia's most recognised brands, delivering projects across the country and in New Zealand.

With a team of 50 and a modern, well-equipped production facility, we manage every aspect of a project in-house — from design through to manufacture and installation.

We're looking for a Microvellum Setter Out / Joinery Detailer to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing accurate shop drawings and setting out joinery for a wide variety of retail fit-outs and commercial joinery projects.

• Prepare detailed Microvellum shop drawings for approval and machining.

• Apply strong technical knowledge of materials, hardware, and the set-out process.

• Collaborate with internal teams across design, manufacturing, and operations.

• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications with precision.

• Work closely with joiners, production managers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Provide project reporting and status updates.

• Be flexible with hours where required to meet project deadlines.

• Proven experience in Microvellum setting out for joinery projects.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Microvellum experience is required.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Trade background in cabinet making/joinery (preferred, not essential).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A team player who communicates effectively and works well under pressure.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
