We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our hospitality partnership at Frensham Schools in Mittagong.

Serving a vibrant boarding and day school community, Frensham offers a rare opportunity to oversee a substantial hospitality operation across both its Senior and Junior campuses.

With responsibility for a substantial day-to-day hospitality operation, alongside a diverse calendar of functions and events, this role is suited to a leader who values consistency, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional student, guest and client experiences.

About the Role

As Hospitality Manager, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for the site's operational and financial performance while leading a passionate team across multiple hospitality environments.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day operations across all hospitality services within catering and cleaning
• Building, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team
• Managing budgets, labour, financial performance and commercial outcomes
• Maintaining exceptional food safety, WHS and compliance standards
• Developing strong relationships with our Frensham client team and other key stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying new commercial opportunities
• Creating a positive workplace culture focused on service excellence

About You

You'll bring proven leadership experience and operational excellence to a complex hospitality environment that will see you balance operational excellence with an innovative approach.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience leading education or large-scale catering operations
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Outstanding leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure
• A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen is an advantage
