Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to join one of Sydney’s largest hospitality groups, with 20 diverse venues across the city.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy, high-volume restaurant while building a long-term career within a large and growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations
• Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff
• Prepare rosters and effectively manage labour costs
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
• Monitor sales, expenses, stock and overall profitability
• Manage bookings, functions and customer enquiries
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace requirements
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operations

About You

• Previous experience managing a busy restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
• Good understanding of rostering, labour costs and stock control
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working under pressure
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current NSW RSA certificate
