Home Lending Specialist (South Metro & Mandurah)

In this Home Lending Specialist role, you’ll support customers through some of their most important financial decisions while building on your capability as a lender. You’ll work across purchasing, refinancing and everyday lending needs, delivering tailored solutions and guiding customers through the home buying journey.

With a strong focus on business development, you’ll build your presence across the Booragoon to Mandurah area, connect with local communities and contribute to growing the lending pipeline through customer conversations and referral relationships.

Working closely with branch teams and specialist partners, you’ll manage lending applications end-to-end and play a key role in delivering great outcomes for your customers.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you’ll be visible across our branches and local communities in the Booragoon to Mandurah area, building relationships with customers and colleagues while generating opportunities and growing your network.

You’ll be supported by a strong team while having the autonomy to build your profile as a lender, contribute to team success and take an active role in driving lending growth across the area.

What You'll Be Doing

Building your lending pipeline through strong branch presence, customer conversations, referral relationships and local community engagementSupporting customers through the home buying journey with tailored lending solutions and great serviceLeading lending conversations to understand customer needs and identify the right solutionsManaging lending applications end-to-end, including more complex lending scenarios where your experience allowsDeveloping and maintaining referral relationships both inside and outside the branch networkPartnering closely with branch colleagues and specialist teams to deliver seamless customer outcomesEnsuring all applications meet credit policy, regulatory and responsible lending requirementsContributing to a high-performing team culture and lending growth across the Booragoon to Mandurah area

What We’re Looking For

Experience in home lending, banking or a customer-facing financial services roleWe welcome applications from both developing lenders and more experienced Home Lending SpecialistsA proactive mindset and genuine interest in building a network and generating new opportunitiesConfidence engaging customers and identifying lending opportunities through conversationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSound lending, credit and policy knowledge, or the willingness and ability to develop this capabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organised in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality outcomesFor more experienced applicants, the ability to bring established lending capability, business development experience and strong relationship management skills will be highly regarded
