• Design and execute the national training strategy across corporate and operations.
• Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing team of Training Managers.
• Own the national Train the Trainer framework, setting certification benchmarks and leading audits to safeguard operational standards.
• Drive strategic alignment across Executive Leadership, Operations, and the People team to champion training excellence.
• Track, measure, and report on training outcomes, operational risks, and team performance to senior business stakeholders.
