🗂 We’re Hiring: Training Manager🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to Senior-LevelWe are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Training Manager to lead our employee learning and development initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in training, talent development, instructional design, and people management who are passionate about developing employees and building a high-performing organization.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive training and learning strategies aligned with business objectives.• Identify organizational training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and business requirements.• Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees across different departments and levels.• Develop onboarding, leadership development, technical, soft skills, and professional development programs.• Manage the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment and program design to delivery and evaluation.• Coordinate internal trainers, external training providers, consultants, and subject matter experts.• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, workshops, and e-learning content.• Monitor employee participation, learning progress, and training effectiveness.• Establish training KPIs and evaluate program outcomes and return on investment.• Maintain accurate training records, employee development plans, and learning databases.• Manage the training budget and ensure effective allocation of learning and development resources.• Collaborate with HR, department managers, and leadership teams to identify talent development priorities.• Introduce new learning technologies, platforms, and innovative training methodologies.• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback, performance data, and organizational needs.• Support succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.• Proven experience in training, learning and development, talent development, or a related role.• Previous experience managing training programs, learning projects, or training teams is highly preferred.• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.• Experience developing training materials, workshops, and learning programs.• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is a plus.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with employees at different levels.• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and employee development outcomes.• Professional training or HR certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to lead impactful learning and development initiatives across the organization.• Direct exposure to employee development, talent management, and organizational strategy.• Opportunity to build and lead high-performing training programs and teams.• Professional development, leadership training, and career growth opportunities.• Exposure to modern learning technologies, digital training platforms, and innovative development methods.• Clear career progression toward Learning & Development Manager, Head of Training, or Talent Development Director roles.• A collaborative, people-focused, and growth-oriented working environment.• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
