As the Lifecycle Marketing Consultant, you'll join our Marketing team and help shape how we connect with HBF members throughout their journey.

You'll help deliver targeted, data-led campaigns that make it easier for members to understand the value of being with HBF, feel supported at key moments and stay engaged over time.

Working across key moments in the member lifecycle from onboarding and ongoing engagement through to retention and win back, you'll collaborate across HBF, turning member insights and opportunities into effective multi-channel marketing activity.

You'll play a hands-on role in campaign delivery, while using performance data and insights to understand what's working, identify opportunities to optimise and continually improve how we engage with our members.

Key Responsibilities include

• Plan and deliver lifecycle marketing campaigns and communications across key member moments including onboarding, engagement, retention
• Translate member insights, lifecycle priorities and retention opportunities into clear campaign briefs, audience segmentation, messaging and delivery plans
• Coordinate multi-channel campaign activity across email, SMS, direct mail, app, digital and paid channels
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including agency partners, timelines, stakeholder input, approvals and post-campaign reviews
• Use member insights, segmentation, behavioral data and campaign performance to inform campaign planning and identify optimisation opportunities
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of HBF's Member Perks program, including partner coordination, offer scheduling, member communications and performance monitoring

About you
You'll bring experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, campaign management or retention marketing, ideally supported by tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

You'll be comfortable planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, working with audience segmentation and using campaign performance data or customer insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be confident working with stakeholders across different teams, balancing multiple priorities while keeping campaigns on track.

Experience within a customer-focused, highly regulated industry or an agile delivery environment, would be highly regarded.
