About the Role

You’ll speak with people who have already expressed interest in being part of a clinical trial. Your job is to:

•       Connect with participants over the phone and understand their situation

•       Ask thoughtful questions to determine whether a study is right for them

•       Clearly explain what’s involved and what happens next

•       Support and guide people through the process with empathy and care

•       You’ll work across both inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups

Who Tends to Thrive in This Role

People with experience in call centres, customer service, hospitality, retail, or healthcare often do really well in this role, as the skills are highly transferable.

We also welcome applicants from recruitment, support work, or community services backgrounds who are looking for a more structured, people-focused role.

No clinical trial experience is needed, as full training is provided.
