We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Northgate, QLD. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective movement, control and recording of stock and materials, while supporting procurement, logistics and the operational requirements of our project teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage procurement and inventory to support project and operational requirements

• Oversee all inbound and outbound stock movements

• Receive, inspect and record goods, ensuring quality and accuracy

• Coordinate stock picking, packing and dispatch for projects

• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete regular stock takes

• Ensure all documentation is correctly job coded and submitted on time

• Manage supplier claims, pricing checks and stock replenishment

• Coordinate logistics and freight services as required

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

• Identify and act on safety risks, hazards and non-conformances

• Work closely with internal teams and other Decon locations

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in procurement, warehousing or inventory management

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Good organisational and time management capability

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

• Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach

• Physical capability to perform warehouse-based tasks

• Confidence using inventory systems and Microsoft Office

Essential / Preferred Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence (essential).

• Forklift licence (essential).

• Heavy vehicle licence (preferred).
