As an Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant, you'll work across the business to design and deliver initiatives that build workforce capability, enhance employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness.
We're Looking ForExperienced Organisational Capability & Experience Consultants who are passionate about learning, organisational development, and creating meaningful people experiences. You'll be a trusted advisor who enjoys partnering with leaders and stakeholders to solve challenges, drive positive change, and support business success.
What You'll DoPartner with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that build capability, enhance employee experience, and support business performance.Lead learning and organisational development projects, using data and insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.Contribute to strategic people initiatives across leadership, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, and early careers, helping shape a high performing and future ready workforce.Some travel will be required to deliver nation-wide programs

Experience & Skills That CountExperience in organisational development, learning and development, employee experience, or a related People & Culture role.Demonstrated experience delivering learning, capability, or organisational development initiatives from concept through to implementation.Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the business.Experience using data, reporting, and insights to inform decision making and measure outcomes.Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Strong facilitation skills, experience in delivering safety learning programs
